(class) Release Technique with Scott McPheeters

In this 4-class series, we will fall, regain balance, find suspension, use weight to gain momentum, experience release, and seek a fully integrated body. We will aim to indulge in individualized somatic experience through rich imagery and patience, and heighten our awareness of body in space in a way that encourages witness. Come feel the skin of your bones, tumble upward, fly into the floor, be still, perform, and be a witness.

$8-16 sliding scale
