SPELL (South Portland Experimental Language League) is a biweekly movement class at The Living Room. All levels welcome! No dance experience required.

SPELL is a place to: warm up, shake out, find a weird new move you like. 
We try out ritual to access new language/s. 
We play good music and laugh. 

We prioritize consent. 

Engaging with movement through informal exercises and mirth, we focus on looking inward. No routines to learn.

Class includes opt-in solo, pair, and group work. 

We also invite guest teachers to share their practices by leading the main part of class. Reach out if this is you or your friend.

***Class is on a sliding scale of $8-$16. No one turned away.
